Cancellation & No-Show Policy
TheSculptingArtDay Spa
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following cancellation and no-show terms.
24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Appointments cancelled on the same day, within 4 hours of the scheduled time, may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service price, at the discretion of management.
Appointments booked within 24 hours are still subject to this policy.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
The SculptingArt Day Spa reserves the right to require prepayment for future bookings following one or more no-shows.
Membership Clients
For membership clients:

Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the scheduled session being deducted from the member’s monthly allotment.

Missed appointments are not automatically credited or rolled over.

Repeated policy violations may result in membership suspension or termination at management’s discretion.
Membership fees remain non-refundable and continue according to the membership agreement.
Emergency Consideration
We understand that true emergencies occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate.
