WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

• We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order number, the item name you were supposed to receive, and any further details, and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
• Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned within 7days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
• Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund in case your order is lost on its way back to ThesculptingartDaySpa.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
